StubHub users who attend events during the COVID-19 pandemic are responsible for complying with social distancing and health policies (e.g. wearing masks, washing hands frequently, not having an elevated temperature, etc.) as required by the venue. 

These policies are implemented by the venue and are subject to change. If you are denied entry or are dismissed from the event due to your failure to comply with these policies, you will not receive a credit or refund for your order. 

By attending the event, you assume all risk of exposure to COVID-19. You may be asked to sign a waiver of liability against the venue, artist, league or team as a condition of entry to the event. 

Buyers of California events agree to the COVID-19 Guidance issued by the California Department of Public Health. Ticket buyers must further attest that their group contains no more than three households and that the guest, and all members of the guest’s party are in-state or fully vaccinated out-of-state visitors.

Buyers of MLB tickets agree to the MLB Attendee Health and Safety Policies and all other terms and conditions applicable to ticket purchase and use.

Buyers of NFL tickets agree to the NFL’s supplemental health and safety terms and team-specific terms available therein. 

Buyers of 76ers tickets agree to the 2020-2021 76ers supplemental health and safety terms and all other terms and conditions applicable to ticket purchase and use. 

Impacted orders:

  1. If a team, venue, or event organizer invalidates a ticket, we will treat the order as canceled.
    • For any canceled order: 
      • StubHub will cancel pending payment to the seller (or recover the payment if it has already been paid)
      • We'll give the buyer a coupon for 120% of the order
      • Sellers won't face consequences under our dropped order policy, but we may ask them to send proof their tickets were canceled. See canceled event policy for details.
  2. If a team, venue, or event organizer relocates seats due to social distancing measures and the new seat doesn't match what the buyer originally bought, the buyer won't receive a coupon and is required to keep the relocated seats. The seller will be paid for the sale. 
  3. If the primary doesn't invalidate the seller's tickets and they drop the order, the seller will face consequences under our dropped order policy.

The seller must tell us about any seat changes. If they don't, we may cancel orders and charge them as explained in our user agreement.
