If you’re changing your payment method from PayPal to direct deposit (or vice versa), first update your listing on a desktop.

  1. Go to My tickets > Listings
  2. Click the listing and Edit listing 
  3. Use the dropdown under How do you want to get paid to choose PayPal or Direct deposit 
  4. Save 
    • If you chose PayPal
      1. Go to Profile and Settings. Click Payment.
      2. Under Payment options for selling tickets, check the PayPal account is correct. Click the pencil to update the email address.
  • If you chose Direct deposit
    1. Go to Profile > Settings. Click Payment.
    2. Under Payment options for selling tickets, click Add a new direct deposit account for selling
    3. Enter your billing address and bank account info (use the image below for help) and Save
