If you listed the wrong bank account for direct deposit payment, add the new bank info to your account. You can't edit or delete existing bank account info.

After you've made the changes, we'll re-process your payment within 10 business days.

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Payment
  2. Under Payment options for selling tickets, click Add a new direct deposit account for selling
  3. Enter the billing address and re-enter your bank account info
