Before buying tickets on StubHub
Update your shipping address at checkout on the 'Review & Buy' page
On the StubHub app:
- Tap the 'Ship to' address
- Choose your address from the list or tap 'New shipping address'
- Fill out the info
On a computer or mobile web browser:
- Under 'Delivery,' click 'Change address'
- Choose your address or enter a new one
- Click 'Done'
After buying tickets on StubHub
Guest users:
- Follow Buying and viewing tickets as a guest to view your order details
- Use the instructions under 'Registered users' depending if the tickets are in-transit or not
Registered users:
- Go to 'My tickets' then Orders
- Look at the delivery status to see if the tickets already shipped
- Yes, the tickets are in-transit: Please contact us. We'll check if there's enough time to reroute your package to a different address.
- No, the tickets didn't ship: If you're shipping them to a hotel or friend or family member's place, we recommend contacting them first so they can expect the delivery. Hotels may not hold packages long. Otherwise:
- Click 'Change delivery address'
- Select the address, or click 'Add a new address' and fill in the info
