Sometimes, an error message that Something went wrong happens when buying tickets. To fix this, we recommend to:

  1. Go to 'Profile' then Settings
  2. Click the 'Contact' tab. Make sure your account info is completely filled out. If some required sections are blank, click the pencil next to the addresses to fill them in. 
  3. Click 'Save'
