Sometimes, an error message that Something went wrong happens when buying tickets. To fix this, we recommend to:
- Go to 'Profile' then Settings
- Click the 'Contact' tab. Make sure your account info is completely filled out. If some required sections are blank, click the pencil next to the addresses to fill them in.
- Click 'Save'
