In the coming weeks, we expect StubHub to officially become a part of viagogo (an international ticketing marketplace), delivering world class service to fans around the world.


As a condition of this merger, StubHub’s North America and international businesses have separated, and two distinct platforms have been created for our customers. As a result of the separation, customers in North America with tickets to an upcoming event outside the U.S. and Canada will now find their order or listing information on the international platform


Why did StubHub’s North America and international businesses separate?

In the coming weeks, we expect StubHub will officially become a part of viagogo (an international ticketing marketplace). As a condition of the merger, StubHub’s International business has been separated from the North America business to create two distinct platforms for our customers. 


What is StubHub North America?

StubHub North America includes our U.S. and Canadian businesses. 


How do I manage my orders, sales, or listings for events outside of the U.S. and Canada? 

Plan to manage your orders, sales, and listings for events taking place outside of the U.S. and Canada on www.stubhub.ie. Order, sale, and listing information for events taking place outside of the U.S. and Canada are no longer available in your www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca account or accessible via the StubHub app. 


How do I access my orders, sales, or listings information on www.stubhub.ie

You can access your orders, sales, and listings information on www.stubhub.ie using the same email and password that you use to access your www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca account. 


Will my orders, sales, or listings for events in the U.S. and Canada be impacted by the separation? 

No. Orders, sales, and listings information for events taking place in the U.S. and Canada remain in your www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca account.

I have a StubHub credit in my account in an international currency. Will I be able to use this credit?

Yes. Your credit in an international currency is available to you in your StubHub account on www.stubhub.ie. You will no longer see this credit in your www.stubhub.com or www.stubhub.ca account and it is not accessible via the StubHub app.


I’m an international customer with a StubHub credit in U.S. and/or Canadian dollars. Will I be able to use this credit? 

Yes. Your credit in U.S. and/or Canadian dollars is available to you in your StubHub account on www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca. You will no longer see this credit in your International account.
