StubHub is pleased to announce that its merger with viagogo, the leading international ticketing marketplace, is now complete. This is the beginning of a new chapter for StubHub and we are excited for StubHub and viagogo to join together and bring our best-in-class offerings to fans around the world.
As a condition of this merger, StubHub’s international business has been divested. StubHub’s North America and International platforms are now separate and distinct. As a result of this divestiture, customers in North America with tickets to an upcoming event outside the U.S. and Canada will now find their order or listing information on the divested platform.
Why did StubHub’s North America and international businesses separate?
As a condition of the merger between StubHub and viagogo, StubHub’s international business has been divested.

Is StubHub able to offer international events again now that the merger is complete?

You can manage your existing orders, sales and listings for events taking place outside of the U.S. and Canada on www.stubhub.ie using the same email and password you use to access your www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca account.
Order, sale and listing information for events taking place outside of the U.S. and Canada are no longer available in your www.stubhub.com and/or www.stubhub.ca account or accessible via the StubHub app.

I have a StubHub credit in my account in an international currency. Will I be able to use this credit?
Yes. Your credit in an international currency is available to you in your account on www.stubhub.ie. You will no longer see this credit in your www.stubhub.com or www.stubhub.ca account and it is not accessible via the StubHub app.
